The department

You will be part of the Marketing department that consists of 6 dedicated employees each specialized within their field.

Together we cover all aspects of branding, marketing, communication, PR, events, and exhibitions. The team works together as a tight unit complementing each other’s skillset and report to the VP Commercial Excellence and Marketing. The group is dynamic, creative and from diverse backgrounds with various experience.

The position 

We are looking for a new colleague to develop, plan and execute our B2B exhibitions worldwide including handling all practical planning, logistics to execution as well as the marketing tasks related to the events.

We already have best practices and a strong brand and awareness within the industry, but we continually seek to improve the quality of our presence at events and exhibitions to ensure we keep developing on stand design, digital marketing, and customer experience. In collaboration with the team your task will be to make sure we activate our brand and showcase both Welltec and our products and services in the best possible way. Activities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Set up goals and evaluation for each event/exhibition to make sure we get the maximum return on investment and value for money, create traffic to our events and follow up on customer leads.
  • Planning, briefing and execution of international industry related exhibitions and conferences including all marketing related to the shows.
  • Handling of client related merchandise and other related sales products.
  • Booking of stands and coordinate with exhibition owners as well as our stand design supplier to make sure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Acquire input for topics for stand design and messaging for marketing materials.
  • Brief and collaborate with the creative team on tasks related to events (e.g., landing page, invitations, digital and POS marketing materials, SOME posts, ads etc.).
  • Brief local sales team on the event
  • Make sure the customer experience is on brand and consistent through touch point

The candidate

We are looking for a social, creative and organized colleague with great energy who will take pride in representing Welltec as the professional, agile and innovative company we are.

We imagine that you: 

 

  • Have 3-4 years’ experience in hosting and planning events and exhibitions
  • Have strong organization and project management skills
  • Are up to date on trends and new ideas on stand design and customer experience 
  • Are outgoing, service-minded, proactive and a strong decision maker
  • Can travel in connection to the exhibitions (normally 4-5 days per event)
  • Can set and meet deadlines
  • Like to work in international settings across cultures
  • Are fluent in English
