The department 

In component production, we work with challenging materials and complex constructions, all with a high level of automation. We constantly focus on increasing our production capacity.

Our machine shop is one of the most advanced in Europe, equipped with fully automatic cylindrical grinding, CNC grinding and electric discharge machining (both wire and sinker).
We use lean tools such as waste reduction and flow optimization to ensure efficiency and quality improvements in our processor.

The position 

We are extremely busy and are therefore seeking employees with experience and a desire to join our team and further develop our automated EDM machines.

Your tasks will include:

• Programming machines using PEPS
• Daily quality assurance
• Machining complex components made from materials (Tungsten carbide, Duplex, Inconel, etc.)
• Operating the robotic cell on AgieCharmille wire cutting machines
• Development tasks (programming, setup, adjustment plans, etc.)
• Collaboration with the development department in the production of prototypes

We are a company in growth, and you will encounter unpredictable tasks and constant challenges. You will become part of a self-governing team that plans its own work and handles deliveries.

The candidate

We imagine that you have a background as a toolmaker, industrial technician, or similar. You will be part of an experienced department with freedom under responsibility, where you should thrive in a dynamic environment and not be afraid to take initiative while maintaining high-quality standards.

In addition, you have:

• Solid experience with either wire, sinker, or grinding
• Extensive experience in independently manufacturing components from scratch, including programming, setup, adjustment, and production
• Experience in producing components in small series
• Preferably experience with PEPS or similar
• A willingness and desire to undergo further training and grow alongside the company.
