The department

The IT department consists of 11 employees, based in Allerød, Houston and Bergen. 

From here, IT services are delivered to all Welltec locations worldwide, including infrastructure, administration and production applications as well as support. You will be part of a well-functioning department, with freedom under responsibility, high professionalism, and good development opportunities. 

 

The position 

You will be the front person in our Helpdesk together with two others from the team. You will be responsible for the daily support for colleagues in-house and worldwide. 

The tasks consist, among other things, of:

  • Handle inquiries and provide support
  • Create, modify, and close users
  • Setting up new hardware/software according to strategy and needs
  • Maintain and monitor systems
  • Daily check of status reports
  • Assist in evaluating new technology and solutions

 

The candidate

We are looking for a colleague who wants to be part of a small, informal team, who is always ready to help each other. It is also important that you like working in an environment where things are constantly changing.

In addition, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience from a similar position
  • Education within IT
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office 365
  • Professional in both Danish and English
  • Have residence in Denmark

And finally, you must be:

  • Service minded
  • Curious and structured
  • Proactive and good at following up
