The Welltec Auger HDR (Heavy Debris Removal) combines our proven pump driven suction systems with additional lifting forces via a specially designed mechanical auger for maximum efficiency.
The new design recovers high viscosity, heavy debris and deposits, like mud and sand, and retrieves it to surface in a single run. The tool can be configured to recover a variety of types of debris/deposits.
Welltec Auger HDR (Heavy Debris Removal) is the latest addition to the cleanout family of services, it incorporates both an auger rotary system and a pump driven suction system that are combined for maximum efficiency.
This design breaks down heavy and high viscosity debris and deposits while recovering it to the surface in the same run. A variety of nozzles, bits and brushes can be used to remove different types of debris and deposits from the walls of various sizes of tubulars and retrieve them simultaneously providing a cost and time efficient alternative to heavier cleaning methods.
