Multi/Single-set retrievable bridge plug
The VALI™ Medium-Expansion Retrievable Bridge Plug is purpose-engineered to counteract common plug-related challenges from deployment through to retrieval. Rated to 7,500 psi differential pressure, and temperatures up to 300 °F / 150 °C, VALI™ is qualified to API ISO 14310 V3 gas-tight isolation.
Flexibility in deployment: Deployable via wireline, slickline, or coiled tubing, VALI™ features a compact 3.45” running OD for access through restricted sections, with rapid reconfiguration between single- and multi-set modes.
Reliable functionality and debris protection: While debris could impede any plug setting process, VALI™ features a powerful spring pack that automatically releases the packer and anchor, resetting the tool while downhole. Protection against debris ingress safeguards internal mechanisms and maintains full functionality at all times.
Wireless communication: Real-time pressure and temperature logging, provides critical insight and control.
Fail-safe retrieval without milling or cutting: In the unlikely event normal release and retrieval is not possible, predefined overpull activates the fail-safe mechanism, separating and releasing the packer/anchor while leaving a clean fishing profile.
