#3 WAB® for Multistage fracturing
Why do we need reliable isolation during fracturing?
Ensuring zonal isolation during a high-pressure multi-stage fracturing with conventional wellbore isolation technologies has several challenges. Maintaining high differential pressure ratings in a washed-out wellbore can lead to communication between zones and packer failure. Incorrect packer placement and lack of anchoring can lead to high axial loading creating buckling of the completions string. And finally, inability to rotate can often mean not reaching target depth.
