Synopsis

In collaboration with Ovintiv, a leading North American E&P operator managing sour gas wells, the ODIN™ HPHT Retrievable Bridge Plug underwent in-field qualification to confirm its performance as a contingency barrier capable of drifting a 3.688-in. nipple profile and sealing in highly sour environment.

ODIN™ demonstrated reliable deployment, and pressure integrity. The project qualified the plug’s high expansion range, HPHT capability, and suitability for critical barrier applications, successfully demonstrating V0 sealing performance to 10,000 psi during a test conducted offsite – exceeding the client’s 7,500 psi requirement.
