Our corporate governance is implemented based on principles in accordance with Welltec’s values

                    Code of Conduct
Our employees and officers should conduct their business affairs in such a manner that our reputation will not be damaged if the details of their dealings should become a matter of public discussion.
The commitment to excellence is fundamental to the philosophy of Welltec. This commitment to excellence means that employees share a common set of objectives and will benefit from the achievement of those objectives.

                    Human Rights Policy
We’re committed to respecting human rights, a basic set of standards to which everyone is entitled.
Our commitment is based on the International Bill of Human Rights (Universal Declaration on Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights), the International Labour Organisation’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the eight ILO Core Conventions on Labour Standards, the United Nations Global Compact and the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights.

                    Diversity and Equal Opportunity Policy
We believe that diversity of people, skills and abilities is a strength that supports our business. We want to attract and retain people with different backgrounds and experience. It is our ambition to foster an inclusive work environment where diversity thrive in support of our purpose and values.

                    Environmental policy
We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact and continuously optimizing our performance. Our approach integrates proactive measures and circular economy principles – we focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, safeguarding air, water, and soil quality, and optimizing resource use through efficient energy, water, and material management. We design products for long-term performance and promote responsible waste management across all operations.

                    Anti-bribery and Corruption Policy
Welltec recognises that bribery and corruption have a detrimental effect on communities wherever they occur. Bribery is a criminal offence in most countries in which Welltec operates, and corrupt acts expose Welltec and its employees to the risk of prosecution, fines and imprisonment, and reputational harm. It is Welltec's policy to comply with all anti-bribery and corruption laws of the countries in which we do business.
