The department

Welltec is looking an Office Assistant to add to the Global Operations Supply Team based in Allerød, Denmark, to replace our current Office Assistant who will be starting at university.

Global Operations facilitates the global service delivery across +35 countries and +45 locations. As a part of Global Operations, the Supply Team provides a day-to-day support to all Welltec’s locations. 

 

The position 

As our Operations Assistant, you will work closely with our external operations and our in-house departments to support the global service delivery. 

Your primary tasks will involve:

  • Facilitate the administrative and office support for Supply Team, including alignment across functions and locations
  • Assist in coordinating daily supply chain activities across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Identify opportunities for improving supply chain processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Collaborate with supply chain team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

The position is expected to be a full-time, for a 1-year period (with possibility for extension). 

 

The candidate

We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment where two days are never the same.

The preferred candidate has the following profile: 

  • Graduated or about to graduate from high school or similar
  • Good understanding of MS Office 
  • Speak and write English fluently 
  • Self-driven and responsible 
  • Flexible and well-structured 

Besides that, you take pride in helping others and in getting things done in a timely manner and have a “can-do-attitude” – even when things are hectic. Some travel activities must be expected.
