You will join our Global Logistics team in Allerød. The team consists of 4 amazing colleagues, working closely together to supply equipment to various Welltec locations globally.
The Global Logistics team is part of the Global Operations team that consists of 20+ fantastic employees. We are a diverse team coming from different backgrounds and with various experiences. Our functions interfere closely with each other and our locations globally, this influences the results of the activities and tasks.
You will be working close with our other Dispatcher. Jointly you will be responsible for shipping and receiving goods. Nonetheless, updating internal ERP systems. Coordinating and booking export shipments.
As Dispatcher your tasks will include:
For the right candidate, there is the possibility of travelling to our other locations to assist local logistics activities.
You will also share on-call weekends (every second weekend) with other Dispatcher.
We are looking for a colleague that can work in a hectic environment with constantly changing priorities. You are a quick learner, flexible, self-driven and are willing to give a hand where and when it is needed. You are structured and well organized. On top of that you can change gears instantly, based on the busyness and priorities to complete the goals for the given day. It is also important that you have a positive can-do attitude and are open-minded towards your colleagues and job tasks. You are consistent in your performance.
Furthermore, you should have:
• High-school degree
• Experience with a similar position
• Forklift certificate
• Basic IT skills
Finally, it is a plus if you know how to handle simple hand tools and a broom.
It is not required to speak Danish, but it is an advantage.
